The developer who built it went quiet. Forms stopped mailing, the checkout breaks on iPhone, plugins are two years behind, and nobody knows the hosting password. We pick up work other people left behind and keep it running.
What We Fix
Enquiries were going to an inbox nobody checks, or the mail service quietly blocked the domain. Businesses often find out months later, after losing every lead in between.
Malware injections, redirect scripts, defaced pages, expired SSL, suspended hosting. We clean it, close the hole and get you back up, then set up monitoring so you hear it from us first.
Menus that will not open, buttons off screen, text overlapping on a specific phone. Almost always a layout that was only ever tested on a laptop.
Uncompressed images, a dozen plugins doing the same job, no caching, cheap shared hosting. Speed work is usually the cheapest improvement available to an existing site.
Gateway keys expired, webhooks not firing, orders taken but never recorded. We trace the failures and reconcile what was missed.
New pages, changed pricing, a fresh section, a report your team keeps asking for. Small work that never justifies a whole project but still has to get done.
Taking Over
We do this often, so the first step is always the same. We read the code, check the hosting, look at what version of everything is running, and tell you what state it is in.
Sometimes the answer is that the build is fine and needs an afternoon of fixes. Sometimes it is held together badly enough that every change risks breaking two other things, and you deserve to know that before you spend money on it.
We will not push a rebuild you do not need. Selling you a new website when a ₹6,000 fix would do is a fast way to lose a client permanently.
Missing some of these is normal. Recovering access to a domain or hosting account is part of the job and we have done it plenty of times.
Monthly Care
Core, theme and plugin updates applied on staging first. Daily offsite backups. Uptime monitoring that alerts us, not you. Security scans and firewall rules. SSL renewal handled before it expires.
A block of hours for content changes, new sections, small features and fixes. Speed checked and tuned. A short written note on what was done and what needs attention next.

Questions
Yes. Most of this work is on sites and apps other people built. We spend the first hour reading before touching anything, and we tell you if the code is in bad enough shape that fixes will keep coming back.
Care plan clients get same-day response on anything urgent, meaning the site is down, payments are failing or enquiries are being lost. One-off work gets scheduled inside two to three working days.
Yes, and we prefer it when they are still around. They know the codebase. We usually end up taking the parts they do not have time for.
Tell us what you know: the domain, the old developer's name, any email you have from the hosting company. Recovering access through the registrar is usually possible if the domain is in your business name.
Yes. Crash fixes, OS compatibility updates, store rejections and new features on Android and iOS apps built by someone else. Same pricing.
Send the URL and what is going wrong. We look at it and come back with a cause and a cost before doing any work.
